“… They that are whole have no need of the physician, but
they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to
repentance.” Mark 2:17 Jesus didn’t come
to earth for good people; Jesus came for sinners who needed salvation. Jesus doesn’t want us to come to church to be
better men; He wants us to come to church just as we are, and He will change us
and make our lives brand new. As a
matter of fact, Jesus told Nicodemus in John chapter 3 that it was just like
being born again. We are born the first
time into our earthly family and then we must be born again into God’s forever spiritual
