Six-year-old Greyson got into my car (he is ten now) and announced that there wouldn’t be any pollen in heaven. I asked him why and he said, “Well, there won’t be any tears in heaven, so there won’t be any pollen either.” Makes sense. To Greyson, pollen equaled tears. But as Greyson grows older, he will find many other sources for tears than only pollen. A girlfriend will break his heart. The lies of a friend will cause him tears. The death of a loved one will be the source of bitter grief. The frustrations of life will drive a man to hot tears. But someday, the dear Lord will right every wrong. Oh yes, He will. After the battles at the end of time, Satan will be banished for the final time. John the revelator said in Rev 21:4, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” What a wonderful day that will be! And I can’t wait for that day! Hey, on which side will you be in those closing moments of time? Satan and the losers or Jesus Christ and His white-robed victors? Think about it and decide before it’s too late.
