“… They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Mark 2:17 Jesus didn’t come to earth to tell good people how to be better; Jesus came to earth to tell sinners how they could be reclaimed. Jesus doesn’t want us to come to church to be better people; He wants us to come to church just as we are, and He will change us and make our lives brand new. As a matter of fact, Jesus told Nicodemus in John chapter 3 that it was just like being born again. We are born the first time into our earthly family, but we must be born again into God’s forever family. Hey, how about you? Have you been born into God’s forever family?
