Four times a year we have “Teen Sunday” at church. Our youth pastor preaches, the teens lead the singing, take up the offering, and teach the Sunday school classes. It’s good practice for our church of tomorrow. Kelvean S., one of our church teens, spoke to the men’s Sunday school class. He didn’t seem to be intimidated by all of the old men listening to his lesson. In closing, Kelvean said, “Jesus paid for us with His own blood. Are we giving Him his money’s worth?” Good stuff, Kelvean, good stuff. Paul said in Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” Jesus gave His life for us. It is only reasonable for us to give our lives to Him in return. Hey, are you giving Jesus His money’s worth? Think about it.
