Marleen bought me some Everything bagels at Costco. They are great at 4:30am with coffee as I try to push down my pills, vitamins, and capsules. They’re also good as an afternoon snack … and a bit healthier than Little Debbie Zebra Cakes. A full bagel is just too much for me, but a half bagel is just right (like Goldilocks). And with ½ a bagel at a time, the bagels last twice as long. What a blessing! Just like the good Lord’s provisions: they are renewed over and over. Lamentations 3:22&23, “It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” God is faithful indeed!
