II Timothy 3:12

II Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. If we love God and obey Him, we have a mortal enemy. Who is it? That’s right, Satan is our enemy. Satan hates everything about God, and Satan hates anyone who likes God. So if we obey God, We are going to have trouble from Satan. So let’s flip that around: if we are having trouble from Satan, that means that we must be doing something right. And that’s the good part about our persecution. If we want to please God, we might as well get ready for trouble, because our verse says that we will have trouble. So put your big boy pants on, and put your big girl pants on and get ready for persecution. Because it will come, and we had better be ready for it! So, with the good Lord’s help, we can face the persecution.
