Covid-19 is a real threat.
Don’t get me wrong. But the dear
Lord is in control of everything and nothing is new to Him. Habakkuk faced the same problems that we are
facing 2,600 years ago! Habakkuk 3:17,18
says, “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the
vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat;
the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the
stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”
Here are the verses for 2020: “Even
though I may go to Wal-Mart and people are snatching up bread, canned goods,
and bottled water like snow is predicted in the south; and I go to Costco and
there are crowds grabbing up toilet paper; and I search on Amazon for hand
sanitizer, and all I can find is a 16 oz. bottle for $55; yet will I trust in
the Lord because He is enough for me!”
Can God take care of you? Absolutely! Is God in control of the Corona Virus? Yes, He is!
Relax in His power and goodness.
