Last Monday, I picked up my grandson, Greyson, from school and we hung around for the afternoon. I went by Lowe’s to pick up a few man things. Greyson likes to read the names on the paint chips: Rocky Mountain Blue, Melancholy, and Toffee, to name a few. He was eyeing a Snicker’s bar at the check-out counter, so I told him to get it. He picked up the candy bar and asked the cashier, “Could I get an extended warranty on this?” She laughed and said no. And I thought, where did that come from?! Some items need an extended warranty, but others do not. And Greyson’s candy bar was one of those items that did not qualify for an extended warranty. Proverbs 17:22, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine …” Thanks for keeping me smiling, Greyson!
