John 4:13&14

John 4:13&14 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. Jesus was traveling through Samaria on the way to Jerusalem and had stopped at a well for a break at noon. His disciples had gone into the city to buy some food while Jesus remained at the well to rest. A woman came to fill her water pot and Jesus asked her for a drink. The well was deep and Jesus did not have a rope or a water pot, so he had no way to get a drink. The woman gave him a drink. After He was satisfied, He met her spiritual need. The woman had been married and divorced five times and was living with a man without being married. She came out at noon to avoid the other women who came out early. She was embarrassed by their looks and sharp questions. But Jesus cared about her soul. Jesus offered her Living Water. She did not understand that Living Water was eternal life. Jesus explained all of that to her. The woman was thrilled that the Master cared for her, and she rushed back into the city to tell anyone who would listen that Jesus had the words of eternal life. Jesus loves all of us. Have you accepted His Living Water?
