Mark 1:12,13

Mark 1:12-13 And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him. Jesus fasted and prayed for forty days and forty nights. And right on the heels of his fasting, Satan came to tempt Him. We know that Jesus is God and that He wouldn’t have sinned because He couldn’t have sinned. But Satan gave it his best try. The complete story is found in Luke 4. So Jesus passed this temptation test with flying colors! And His angels were right there to take care of Him. But Jesus was their Boss. They would never step in unless Jesus let them. I am sure they were right there, ready to do anything that Jesus asked. But Jesus was now a human and He had to do everything on His own. He was God, but He was human too.
