Colossians 3:17

Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Often we forget that God sees everything that we do. He sees our every action. But God also sees our hearts. He knows what we are thinking. He knows when we want to do the right things, but forget. He knows when we try to do the right things, but fail. God knows everything. But in order to do the right thing, we should be directed by God. We should let God work in us and through us. Let the Holy Spirit, which is in us, direct what we say and do. That is what our verse means when it says word or deed. And it says that everything should be said or done in the name of Jesus Christ. Everything that we say or do should be pleasing to Jesus. After all, He sees everything and hears everything. let’s do our best to please Him!
