Genesis 1:9-13

Genesis 1:9-13 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day. As the good Lord pushed up the mountains to cause the dry land to appear, the waters slid down off of the mountains and down into the ocean basins. And with the dry land, the Lord God made all kinds of plants to grow upon it. He made grass and herbs and flowers and then trees. God made trees with annual rings inside of their trunks! If you would have cut down one of those trees, they would have had rings indicating that they were seventy-five or a hundred years old! But they were just created - they were only ten minutes old! God made many things with the appearance of age. And God made the plants with seeds already in them. He made them to reproduce and to be food for us and the animals. God not only made everything, but He takes good care of his creation. And, Don’t forget, God takes care of you!
