A pastor friend of mine was entertaining a young boy while
his mother was practicing a song after church for a special for the following Sunday
morning. As he got out his cell phone,
he asked the boy, “Do you like army men?”
The boy readily agreed. Pastor
David scrolled down his pictures and showed the little boy the picture of a
soldier friend. He said, “This is my
army friend. He was killed in the
service.” The little boy looked
thoughtful, and then asked the pastor, “Was it the morning service or the
evening service?”
