Leviticus 19:32
Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man,
and fear thy God: I am the LORD. Hey! I like this verse! That is because I am
an old man and I have gray hair! They say that gray hair is hereditary - you
get it from your children. Get it?! But when you see someone with gray hair,
that means that they have lived a long time and have had many experiences. They
have wisdom. So what two things does God say for us to do? Stand up when an old
man comes into the room and respect him. And in doing so, you are showing
respect to God! Because God gives us a long life. Enjoy your Granddaddy. He
enjoys his grandchildren!
