Leviticus 25:47,48

Leviticus 25:47,48 And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family: After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him. God wanted the Children of Israel to look out for one another. If a man got into financial trouble with a stranger who was not of the Children of Israel, it was the man’s relatives responsibility to bail him out. They had to redeem him from this stranger. That’s a good lesson for us today. We should look out for one another, especially a brother or sister or a brother or sister in Christ. We should have their back – they have our backs!
