So, you may wonder why I am writing about Christmas ties after Christmas. I’ll explain: I like Christmas ties. They add a little humor to my Sunday dress-up, and I need all the help that I can get. And as you can see from the picture, nothing says Christmas like a pink flamingo wearing a Christmas vest and a Santa hat. Unless it is flanked by a palm tree with Christmas lights on it. Brother Gary at church can’t believe how many Christmas ties that I have. That’s because I get them after Christmas when they are deeply marked down. The stores must move their Christmas stock to make way for their White sales in January. So, all of my Christmas ties were actually a bargain. But, in all honesty, the best bargain that I ever got was when I traded my filthy sins for eternal life in heaven! Jesus took my sins, and in return, gave me His righteousness. What a wonderful bargain! II Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Hey, this bargain is available to you too! Make your decision for Christ today and get the deal of your life!
