When my 100% cotton t-shirts wear out, I repurpose them. I cut them up into small sizes and make them into small cloths to wipe my glasses with. I wash my glasses with hand soap and then dry them with my soft cotton cloths. I wash the cloths without laundry soap and fabric softener so that they are clean and won’t streak my glasses. Hey, I’m glad that the dear Lord repurposes us for His glory. He cleans us up, sets our feet on a solid rock, and gives us a new purpose in life. Psalm 40:1-3, “I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.”
