Philippians 4:8

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Have you ever noticed that you never do anything unless you think about it first? And have you ever noticed that you can’t think about two things at once? Both of these are important to our verse for today. Paul says to think about these good things. If you think about these good things, you won’t be able to think about bad things – at the same time. And if you think about these good things, you will probably do good things because that’s what you are thinking about. So ... think about good things and good things will happen.

  1. We memorized these verses in school, so they had to quote them along as I read them!
