GPS

The first time that I went to Romania, we landed in Frankfort, Germany and rented a car.  We traveled through Germany Austria, Hungary, and into Romania.  Maps were scarce and direction signs were tiny and rare.  But we made it.  After sixty or more trips since 1990, my directional instincts are good.  But I am ageing, and the landscape is changing.  New roads and new shopping centers are popping up everywhere.  But last trip, the rental car came with a new GPS screen.  What an improvement!  It has all the roads named even if the signs are still lacking.  Directions are clear even to the tiniest village.  God’s Word is just the same.  If we let the dear Lord lead us through life, He will.  And God knows exactly where we are going and how we will get there.  Our heavenly Father is the ultimate GPS!  That is if we let Him.  Don’t second-guess the Lord.  He knows where we are and where we need to be and how we are going to get there.  If we let God lead; if we willingly follow; if we trust, we will make it safely through to our eternal home.
