My daughter is so smart. Of course, she takes it from her father. This week, she came for a visit, and I saw her sprucing up her blouse. She was ironing the placket with her flat iron curling iron! She is so clever. I would have never thought of that, mainly because I don’t use a flat iron. But I may start using one … just for my shirt placket, of course. Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 1:9&10, “... there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? …” Solomon was right, nothing is new, but, I’ll bet Solomon never used a flat iron to smooth his robe placket.
