Habakkuk 3:17
Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines;
the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the
flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Why
do we love God? Habakkuk gives a whole list of things that are important to him
and his people. And even if all of these important necessities fail, still he
will rejoice. Why, you ask? Because even if everything in this world goes bad,
we still have our dear Lord and His wonderful salvation to rely upon. God is
good all the time. And all the time, _____
