Ephesians 5:15

Ephesians 5:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Our verse has a big word in it that is key to the whole verse: circumspectly. Let me explain circumspectly like this: a cat is walking on a wooden fence and there are two angry pit bull dogs, one on each side of the fence snarling and jumping at the cat. As long as the cat walks very carefully, the cat is safe. But if the cat is careless and slips . . . well, you get the picture. That cat has to walk circumspectly. And that is how the Apostle Paul tells us that we should behave. In our daily life as we go about living the Christian life, we should walk circumspectly. Satan, the worldly system, and our wicked flesh are trying to pull us down. The Devil would like nothing more than to destroy us. Should we be fearful? You bet! But should we give up? Never! We should trust in the Lord and walk very carefully in our lives. How should we walk? We should walk circumspectly.
