Isaiah 40:11 He
shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm,
and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.
This is a wonderful verse of prophecy Often in the New Testament, Jesus is
called “The Good Shepherd”. And her in the Old Testament we are told by Isaiah
that God will take care of us like a shepherd takes care of his sheep. God will
meet our needs. He will gently lead us in the way that we should go. We don’t
know the future, but God does. And Our loving heavenly Father will lead us in
exactly the right path. He will only do what is best for us.
