Isaiah 40:8 The
grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for
ever. Some things are temporary, like grass and cut flowers. But other
things are more permanent and last a long, long time, like God’s Word, the
Bible. Flowers are beautiful when they are put in a vase on the dining room
table. But they only last for a few days. They soon wither and fade. But God’s
Word is different. It never changes. The Bible never changes because God never
changes His mind. And God’s Words will last forever and forever.
