Incontinent

 

OK, bear with me.  If it’s acceptable to be in a prime-time commercial, it’s fair game for me to talk about it on facebook.  So, have you seen the lady on TV modeling the incontinent underwear?  Stay with me a moment.  She can’t control her own body.  Well, Paul told his young preacher boy Timothy that there would be evil men in the last days who couldn’t control their own bodies either.  Paul said in II Timothy 3:1-5, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, INCONTINENT, (emphasis mine) fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”.  Paul calls these evil men “incontinent” - they lack self-control, they are unrestrained.  Our evil society today is absolutely out of control and needs some spiritual incontinent underwear.  Don’t you agree?!
