Hebrews 13:20,21

Hebrews 13:20,21 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. These are the last two verses of the book of Hebrews. And the writer is giving us his final words. He reminds us what Jesus has done for us in saving our souls. He reminds us that Jesus will take care of us. He reminds us that God has made a forever deal with us to take us to heaven when we die. And He reminds us tht Jesus Christ is doing awork in our lives. Jesus Christ is making us more and more like Him every day. If we trust in Jesus Christ, we will become more and more like Him every day. What a wonderful process! What a wonderful God! And what a wonderful ending to this wonderful book! Let’s read it again: “Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” And I can say, “Amen!” What do you say?
