Isaiah 6:1

Isaiah 6:1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. King Uzziah was a good king. So when he died, Isaiah’s world fell apart. Isaiah must have thought, “What is going to happen to our country now?” But God was still in control. Even though good King Uzziah had died, God was still on His throne. God had everything under control. And when Isaiah finished crying, he realized that his hope was not in good King Uzziah; his hope was in the God of heaven! We shouldn’t put our trust in humans; we should put our trust in God. God will never die, and God will never let us down!
