I Corinthians 15:12-14

I Corinthians 15:12-14 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. It wasn’t enough for Jesus to die for our sins; Jesus needed to rise again to prove that one day, we will rise again. Jesus didn’t stay dead; He came back alive! And when we, as Christians, die, we will come back alive again too! Our bodies are put into the ground or cremated, but our souls go immediately to heaven. And when Jesus comes back to earth someday, our souls and resurrected bodies will be reunited and we will be alive forevermore! The resurrection of Jesus is very important. Jesus promised to raise us up when He comes back to earth someday. But if Jesus didn’t come up out of the grave, then we have no hope of coming up out of the grave either. All of our hope is in Jesus. If He came up, we will come up. If He is still dead, we will stay dead. But the good part is that He did come back alive! And someday, we will come back alive too! Yeah for Jesus! He is alive! And, Yeah! for us coming back alive someday!
