James 3:14,16,17

James 3:14,16,17 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. When kids argue, parents are not happy. When parents argue, kids are not happy. Arguing is what James calls strife, and strife is not good. So what is the solution to the problem of strife? Be kind; be truthful; and be Christlike. Always think, “Would I say this if Jesus were standing right beside me right now?” If the answer is no, then don’t say it. Like James has said in chapter 3, guard your tongue.
