James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. On June 22, 1940, after six weeks of fighting, the French leaders signed a peace treaty with Hitler and the Nazi’s took over all of France. But the war was not over. Secret fighters developed a network to fight back against the German occupation. They were known as the resistance. We need to set up a network of resistance against Satan and his evil followers. We need to work for God to defeat Satan in our youth group and in our church. Don’t give in to Satan! Resist him! He is a defeated enemy. Jesus has already won the war at Calvary! If we stand up to Satan and resist him, he will fold up like a camping tent and run away. Don’t give in to Satan; stand up for God and fight on the winning side!
