I had finished shopping at Hobby Lobby Tuesday afternoon and was walking to my car when I heard a small voice calling to me, “Hey, Mister, be careful what you do and say, because Jesus is up in heaven watching you all the time.” A ten-year-old girl had gotten out of her car and was telling a total stranger about Jesus! Her mother was oblivious to what the little girl was saying because she was getting out of the other side of the car. I smiled and audibly agreed with her. What a witness! Actually, that was only the second time that someone has witnessed to me. The other time was when I was washing my car on the street while I was in college back in 1969. Oh, I have had Mormon elders knock on my door and Jehovah’s Witnesses try to sell me their literature, but an actual Gospel witness has only been twice in 75 years! Jesus said in Mark 10:14, “… Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.” God bless you, little girl! May your tribe increase, is my prayer.
