Isn’t God good in designing things to be cyclic? After 24 hours, a new day starts with new opportunities. And after seven days, a new week starts with new opportunities. After 29½ days, a new month starts with new opportunities. And after 365¼ days, a new year starts with new opportunities. Go ahead and look at a 2021 calendar. There are no marks anywhere. Remember, you haven’t made any mistakes in 2021 yet. You haven’t hurt anyone or made anyone angry. You haven’t forgotten promises or ignored warnings. 2021 is a blank page on which you can write anything that you wish. So, go ahead and jump right into the new year. It’s yours to make into whatever you want it to be. Paul said it best in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Just do it … in 2021.
