Deuteronomy 6:4,5

Deuteronomy 6:4,5 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. This passage in the Old Testament, called the Shema Yisrael, is the heart of Jewish morning and evening prayers. Although we worship Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, these three are One. We worship one God. And verse five reminds us that we should worship God with everything that we have. We should be intense in our worship. Don’t be timid; don’t be fearful; be brave in your service to God. Love God with all your might! This is a great reminder for morning and evening prayers. Put God first!
