Daniel 2:44 And in
the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall
never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it
shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for
ever. As Daniel told Nebuchadnezzar his dream, he told him all of the
dream. Daniel wasn’t afraid to tell Nebuchadnezzar that his kingdom wouldn’t
last forever. Daniel was more afraid of not speaking up for God. And as Daniel
finished telling Nebuchadnezzar his dream, Daniel told him that God’s kingdom
would last forever. What a wonderful way to give a testimony for God - and a
good reminder for us. Never be afraid to speak up for God. Even when we stand
before important people, remember that God is way more important than them.
Fear God. Obey Him and everything else will fall into place. It did for Daniel,
and it will for you!
