II Peter 3:9 The
Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is
longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all
should come to repentance. Go wants everyone to be saved. But He will not
force anyone to be saved against their will. He has made the way of salvation
through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, but He will wait for someone to
decide for themselves to be saved. That is why we must pray for them to be
saved. God will answer our prayers and send conviction to the sinner that we
are praying for. He is not forcing them; He is answering our prayer!
