I like to watch the Grit channel on TV, and I’ve noticed that the commercials are targeted for the older generation. Guilty as charged. Commercials for credit card resolution, commercials for vitamins, and commercials for life insurance. One touts insurance coverage from the cradle to the grave. But what about after the grave? What about death insurance? I Corinthians 15:55, “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” Jesus Himself is our death insurance, because if we put our faith in Jesus Christ, we will never die! Verse 57 goes on to say, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We are gifted the victory over death … through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Hey, have you trusted in Jesus as your Savior so that you are covered by His death insurance?
