I get phone calls and texts all the time from numbers that I don’t recognize. And when I do, I always delete them because I don’t know who they are from. But when I get a text from one of my children or from one of my grandchildren, I answer them right away. That’s because they are special to me … I’ve saved their names in my address book. God said about His children in Isaiah 49:15&16, “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.” How wonderful it is that God remembers my name! And God remembers my name because He has tattooed my name on the palms of His blessed hands! Hey, have you trusted God to take you to heaven when you die? Are you part of God’s forever family? Is your name engraved on God’s hand? It can be. Think about it.
