I love biscuits. I like biscuits with bacon; I like biscuits with ham; I like biscuits with gravy; and I like biscuits with just butter and honey. I think I’m getting hungry right now! I like frozen Pillsbury biscuits, but I like my own biscuits better. But then I like my granny’s biscuits even better. But she’s gone, so I’ll have to settle for Hardee’s biscuits. But I don’t like to eat flour. I don’t like to eat Crisco, and I certainly don’t like to eat Baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. I do like to drink milk, but it you mix all of those ingredients up in the right proportions and bake them in the oven, the resulting biscuits are mouth-watering. Hey, the good Lord takes all of the experiences of our lives – the good and the bad - and makes them into a wonderful life that is preparing us for heaven. Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
