I have a dear friend who asked me to make her a quilt. She gave me “creative license” to make whatever I wanted to. So, I went into Hobby Lobby and back to the fabric department to look around. And when I did, this Grinch material jumped out at me. It said, “Take me home!” And then I found some Grinch fuzzy backing and my “creative license” was settled. But once I started, I had to finish it. The quilt obsessed me. But when I finished, I felt satisfied, and I could relax … until my next project (which will be the nursery at church). Proverbs 13:19, “The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul …” Yes, it is.
