Ecclesiastes 11:2
Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil
shall be upon the earth. I heard Larry Burkett years ago say that you
should diversify your wealth. Our verse is where Brother Larry got that advice.
Don’t keep all your money in one place. Have some of it in the stock market;
have some of it in savings; have some of it in money market savings; have some
of it in gold. So you may have no idea what I am taking about. Well, neither do
I. But when you get older, remember that you heard me say this and go back to
Ecclesiastes and look this up verse. Then you will understand and remember.
