Ecclesiastes 11:7
Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the
sun: Our verse reminds us to stop and think about beauty that is all around
us. Often we are too busy to see the sunrise or sunset. We are running to a
soccer game or youth activity and don’t have time to see the pretty birds singing
up in the trees. We should stop and take time to see God’s beautiful creation.
Actually, God’s beauty is all around us ready to be seen. All that is left to
do is for us to stop for a moment and just see it! Stop and look around and you
will be rewarded with a beautiful sight.
